Part One

Terms of Service

1. About This Site

GET UNSTUCK — FOR GOOD is a course created by Brian Krafczyk. This website, the free guide STILL STUCK?, the FALSE SELF AUDIT, the course and its lesson pages, and the emails connected to them are offered by Brian Krafczyk (“Brian,” “we,” or “us”), whose mailing address appears at the end of this page. In these Terms, “you” means the person visiting the site, signing up for the free guide, or taking the course.

By using this site or any material offered through it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy in Part Two. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who May Use This Site

This site and the course speak openly about sexual behavior, pornography, and other adult subjects. You must be at least 18 years old to use them. By signing up for the free guide or purchasing the course, you confirm that you are.

3. What the Course Is, and What It Is Not

GET UNSTUCK — FOR GOOD is an educational course. It shares Brian’s own experience along with reflections, lessons, and practices for understanding the patterns that keep a man stuck and for living with greater integrity.

It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, or addiction treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Taking the course, writing to Brian, or receiving a reply does not create a therapist and client, counselor and client, or doctor and patient relationship with Brian or with anyone else.

If you are working with a therapist, doctor, or counselor, please keep doing so. The course can sit alongside that work. It does not replace it.

4. If You Are in Crisis

If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency services now. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

This site and the course are not a crisis service, and messages sent to us are not monitored around the clock.

5. Access and Delivery

The free guide is delivered digitally. After you sign up, the STILL STUCK? video and the FALSE SELF AUDIT are made available on the page that follows your sign-up.

The course is delivered digitally through its lesson pages, which include video, written lessons, and worksheets. No physical product is shipped.

Your access is for you alone. Please do not share your access links or login details, and do not allow anyone else to use your access. We may update, change, or remove parts of the course over time as the material is improved.

6. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

The price of the course, and of any other paid offering, is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

Refunds. If the course is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason, and no one will ask you to explain yourself. We will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. After 14 days, payments are final.

If a payment was processed in error, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount, contact us directly and we will put it right in good faith.

7. No Guarantees or Claims

The course reflects Brian’s personal experience, study, and conviction. We make no guarantee, warranty, or claim regarding any particular outcome, result, or benefit from using this site or taking the course. Change depends on you, your circumstances, and many things outside our control.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

8. Communications

If you provide your email address, you consent to receive communications related to the free guide, the course, and related offerings from Brian, including Brian’s Mastermind. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by using it.

9. Use of Course Material

The videos, writing, worksheets, course names, logo, and artwork on this site belong to Brian Krafczyk and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Using the site does not give you ownership of any of it.

You may watch the videos and use the worksheets for your own growth. You may not download, record, copy, resell, publish, or share them, or use them to teach or coach others, without Brian’s written permission.

10. Respect for the Site and for Others

Please do not use this site to break the law, try to reach parts of the site you have not been given access to, interfere with its security or performance, copy or scrape its content in bulk, or pretend to be someone you are not.

If you share something with us, such as a message or your story, you are responsible for what you share. Please do not share details that identify another person without that person’s permission. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

11. Brian’s Mastermind and Other Programs

Brian’s Mastermind is an application-based program for men who have completed GET UNSTUCK — FOR GOOD. The Mastermind, and any other program we offer, may come with its own terms, which we will give you before you join. Where those terms differ from these, those terms govern that program.

12. Customer Service and the Limits of This Page

Questions about reaching the free guide, accessing the course, updating your information, or a technical fault are welcome at the contact details at the end of this page.

Replies to messages are offered as a courtesy. They are not counseling or therapy, and they do not change anything said in Section 3.

13. Links to Other Sites

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We work to make this site and the course useful and accurate. To the extent the law allows, we provide them as they are, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the course, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the course in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Resolution of Any Disagreement

If a concern or disagreement arises regarding this website, the course, or a payment, we ask that you bring it to us directly first, so we can listen honestly and seek a fair resolution in good faith.

If we cannot resolve the matter together, we will seek the assistance of a mutually agreed-upon independent mediator. Our intention is to handle disagreements respectfully, privately, and in a spirit of restoration wherever possible.

16. Terms of Any Promotional Offer

Any limited-time price, discount, or special offer will state its own terms where it is presented: the price, the window, and what it includes. Unless stated otherwise, such offers apply only within the stated period and do not create a standing right for anyone. Purchases made under a promotional offer follow the same refund terms as Section 6.

17. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are posted on this page with the effective date of the change. If a change is significant, we will also tell the people on our email list.

Part Two

Privacy Policy

1. Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information Brian Krafczyk collects when you use this website, the free guide STILL STUCK?, the FALSE SELF AUDIT, and the course GET UNSTUCK — FOR GOOD, why it is collected, how it is protected, and what you can do about it.

2. Information You Give Us

  • Sign-up forms. Your name and email address, and any other detail a form asks for.
  • Purchases. Your name, email address, billing details, and what you bought. Card details go directly to the payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
  • Messages. Anything you choose to send us by email, phone, or another channel.
  • Applications. If you apply to Brian’s Mastermind, the answers you give in your application.

3. Information Collected When You Visit

Like most websites, this one records some information when you visit. As of October 13, 2026, the site uses:

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector), the platform that runs this website, its forms, and its contact records. It sets a cookie called msgsndr_id and keeps session information in your browser, so that it can recognize a returning visitor and, once you sign up, connect your page visits to your contact record.
  • Cloudflare, which protects the forms from automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile) and counts visits to the site (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on these pages. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
  • Video hosting through HighLevel, which delivers the course videos to your browser.

These services can record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and when you visit them.

This site does not use advertising pixels, such as Facebook or Google ad tracking, as of the date above. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

4. Sensitive Information and the Course Worksheets

Because of what this course is about, we take particular care here. We never ask you to describe your sexual behavior, habits, or struggles in order to sign up for the free guide or to purchase the course.

The course worksheets work entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not saved and not sent to us, and it is gone when you leave or refresh the page, unless you print it or save it yourself.

If you choose to tell us something personal, we use it only to reply to you, we keep it private, and you may ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Use of Information

Your information is used to deliver the free guide and course access, to send you emails about the guide, the course, and related programs, to answer your messages and help with problems, to process payments and keep the records the law requires, to protect the site and stop abuse, and to understand which pages help people so they can be improved.

6. Communications and Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. After you unsubscribe, we may still send messages about something you bought, such as a receipt or your access details.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with the service providers listed in Section 8, and only so they can do their part in running the site. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, where someone’s safety is at risk, or if the course passes to a new owner, who would then be bound by this policy.

8. Third-Party Services

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector): website, forms, contact records, and course videos
  • Cloudflare: security and visit counts
  • Google: fonts
  • Email delivery and payment processing providers: sending our emails and handling payments

Each of these services maintains its own security and privacy standards.

9. Data Security

This site uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) to protect your information in transit, relies on established providers, and limits who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. How Long Information Is Kept

We keep your information while you are on our email list or have access to the course. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it, except for what we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

11. Opt-Out, Access, and Deletion Requests

You may opt out of communications at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, object to or limit how it is used, and withdraw consent you gave earlier.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the end of this page. We will respond within the time the law in your location requires, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

12. Visitors from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and California

European Union and United Kingdom. We rely on your consent for marketing emails, on our agreement with you to deliver what you signed up for or bought, on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site, and on legal obligations for the records we must keep. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

California. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

13. Where Information Is Stored

HighLevel is based in the United States, so your information is stored and processed there. Other providers may process it in other countries. We use providers that commit to protecting it.

14. Age

This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

15. Modifications

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates are posted on this page with the effective date of the change. If a change is significant, we will also tell the people on our email list.

These terms are written the way this course is meant to be lived: plainly, honestly, with nothing hidden.

About

Hey, I’m Brian

For years, I looked like I had it together: productive, reliable, the “nice guy” everyone could count on. But underneath? I was stuck in cycles of escape, hidden shame, and a version of myself that wasn’t real.

I’ve walked the hard road of breaking free, not just from addiction, but from the false identity behind it. Today, I help men reclaim their integrity, reconnect with who they really are, and walk in a freedom that actually lasts.

If you’re tired of pretending everything’s fine… you’re in the right place.
